"We met at the age of 14 through some friends. A relationship started and as we lived very close to one another we literally fell in love. At the age of 16 however Paul moved schools and over the following 4 years we didn’t see one another.

Then one night Paul was out with some old friends and decided to try and call Zoe, having remembered the home phone number he managed to get her number from Zoe's sister and then called her. We met a few nights later and the rest, as they say, is history.

We have been through quite a lot as a couple, we have lived apart, we have travelled around the world together and have fallen in love all over again. On one of our holidays last year we decided to visit the Greek islands and in particular Paros.

We spent two weeks on Paros and fell in love with the island, we then got engaged towards the end of the holiday and had one of the best meals at Dafni. When we got home we decided that it would be pretty special to get married in Greece and started talking about Paros, where we got engaged and also the restaurant and decided that it would be the ideal venue.

Then the challenge started as all the information we could find was about weddings in Santorini. Just when we were about to give up Mimmika found us and made our dreams come true! The experience of getting married on a Greek island was by far the best thing either of us have ever done and to have our friends and family with us was simply unbelievable.

We had a great holiday - and to top it all off we had a breathtaking wedding. The venue was out of this world, the boat excursion surprised everyone and allowed us to show people where we got engaged and also to show them the beauty of Paros. Our  chocolate wedding cake was divine and the food was awesome, it provided a great taste of Greece that some had never tried. The guests have not stopped talking about the wedding, the food and whole experience was truly magical.
